Dental help, i struggled with bulemia

I have struggled with bulemia for about a year and am in the process of recovery. I have a few symptoms in my mouth that are starting to become a concern.
1) metallic taste in the back of my tongue and 2) On one of my back molars right above the gum line there is a brown almost indented line. My gums do not look swollen and do not bleed easily. My teeth are not sensitive to the hot or cold. Could someone try and decipher what this could be?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
This is altered pigmentation. It will take time to fade away. I would suggest you to take multivitamins and zinc supplements.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
