It's not a small dent it's like 4 finger tips long and 4 finger tips wide.i want to know if this needs medical help.i have been having a hard time to say words,walk,see,and I tend to get dizzy and fall down about 1 or 2 a day.i don't know how the dent got there.is this a medical like serious issue?

If its indeed a dent then it requires brain imaging especially with no cause or event preceding it that you can remember. A CT brain with bone window can be advised. You didnt pinpoint the exact area else the bony contours would also include the paranasal sinuses. It could be a developmental anomaly. Please consult a neurologist/ neurosurgeon in this regard.
