had a car crash on sunday, when someone slammed into the side of me, felt fine then just a bit shook up, but got home and started to hurt and still have pain now in my shoulders and lower bk now, is this normal and should i expect it for a little while, also yesterday was my first time behind the wheel of a car again and i noticed i was shaking, and when i was inside a little while later i went incredibly light headed and had to leave, my hands also started shaking again, is this just a reaction to driving a car so soon after the accident??
