Degenerative discs 345 and a transitional disc, any hope?

My son is 23,,,he has the above and he is so much pain ,,,,his life has changed so much but not for the better,, is there any hope of been pain free ,or is this somethink he has got to cope and basically get on with .

Age of 23 is too young to lose hope with arthralgia. Seek a rheumatologist and let them sort the cause out of this degeneration. It needs a little clinical correlation. Physiotherapy, conservative therapies and surgeries if need be are likely and should resolve the issue.

Get a rheumatologist or spine specialist for further correlation.
