General Q and A Answer A8781

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. Your concern is regarding the decreased concentration while studying. One of the factors responsible for this can be anemia because of less amount of hemoglobin and hence less oxygen supply. Take iron supplements for some days and eat a healthy, nutritious diet. If the symptoms persist then please get the possibility of attention deficit hyperactive disorder in adults ruled out. Treatment consists of combination of medication, behavior therapy, cognitive therapy, and skills training.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
