Hi,

Welcome to the forum and I am really glad to help you out. The possibility of a urinary tract infection seems high and needs to be ruled out as the culture report has shown the infecting organism to be Klebsiella. You’ll likely need a short course of antibiotics for the same. Please do take a lot of fluids and also take plenty of citrus juices as it helps in preventing recurrent urinary infections. Please do consult a physician or a urologist for the same.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
