Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Chances of pregnancy are more if you have intercourse during the ovulation time which is the most fertile period in woman's reproductive cycle. If you had regular intercourse during this time then possibility of pregnancy is present.Other than that absent periods can be due to hormonal imbalance which can also be due to any underlying pathology.
If you have been having regular intercourse and did not conceive then it is better to get yourself examined and get a USG scan and Hormonal analysis done.Consider repeating the Urine test and visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!
