I am 64 and have been very sick for a year (barely functions). I have had extremely painful debilitating DAILY 24/7 headaches for a year. They range 7-10 on a 1-10 scale. New Dr. just suggested Botox for headaches. Said NO. To many possible side effects. I also have nausea, fatigue, weakness, untreated high blood pressure, SVID of brain, empty sella, lump & swelling in my neck (MRI says no tumor or mass, no concentration, memory loss, hair loss, stress over money, lately anxiety, vomiting, freezing red-blue feet, (when I soak in hot water they hurt after) & I can feel my heart beating hard in my feet, legs, chest and head. A vein on my head throbs & sharp chest pains at times of stress. Seen doctors, specialists of all kinds, the ER room & just dialed 911 two nights ago. The MRI also showed 3 small stokes. Want to figure this out before I have a heart attack or stroke. Feels like I'm dying. Could this just be anxiety or stress?? Sedentary 1 yr., little exercise. Help?

Your headaches are more likely due to elevated episodes of high blood pressure (accelerated hypertension).

Consult your doctor , get proper checks of your blood pressure and if needed updating your medications might be helpful to treat or manage your headaches.
