Welcome to ehealthforum

The symptoms reported as missed period, fatigue, breast tenderness, cramps are suggestive of pregnancy. If you had unprotected intercourse recently then high possibility of conception is there.
Urine test usually can take 10 days after a missed period date to give result and blood test should be taken after a week.Kindly repeat the test and visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!
