Don't really know how to put this but my cycle is now 25 days late...I thought it was coming Wednesday because I had spotting after I went to the restroom...When I went again the same day I had a little more but not much with tiny clots...But after that I had nothing...Today which is June 21st I haven't had anything...No sign of a cycle anything..!! Idk what it could be...I've been to the doctor and they haven't found anything...I've had my annual, been checked for STDs and any kind of cancer but they all came back fine I was negative on everything...Could you please explain this to me?

Am I Pregnant Answer A36388
Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

There are various causes of delayed periods as pregnancy, hormonal disturbances, underlying uterine or ovarian cause, thyroid hormone disturbances, stress, drug effect etc.As you have explained that all the tests have been done so I am assuming that pregnancy has been ruled out.

The most common cause now could be hormonal disturbances which can cause altered cycles.Usually for this oral contraceptives are prescribed which help in regularising the cycle.Relax as it can be easily corrected by medication use.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation so that appropriate treatment can be started soon.

Take care!
