Am I Pregnant Answer A43524
Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

Your concern is regarding the status of your pregnancy. Since you are trying for pregnancy, delayed periods can be due to pregnancy but any ectopic pregnancy should be ruled out which may be causing the abdominal pain. Ideally the urine for pregnancy test should be done 1 week after missing your periods. Since the test has come negative, repeat the test after 10-15 days of missing your periods or get a serum HCG test done whcih is more sensitive than a urine test.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
