Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you are not on any form of birth control measures, and have been sexually active without protection, pregnancy can result. Do not depend on appearance of symptoms alone as indication for pregnancy as few women can experience only a few of the symptoms or even none. Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If you do not get your periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets ruled out, further evaluation would be needed to look for the underlying cause for your absent/delayed periods. Treatment as needed (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you get your periods and regulate them. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
