Day 36 no period but lots of gas

I am on day 36 of my cycle and my last period began on 25 Feb 2017. I've had protected sex three times this month but he never came. I've gotten all of the period symptoms I usually get: sore and tender breasts, bloating, cramps, and I've been more emotional lately. For the past four days I've had really bad gas (it stunk up an entire room). I know there's no way I can be pregnant. I've taken two First Response PT and they were both negative. Help?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Withdrawal method has higher failure rates so pregnancy is still on the table, these symptoms could be due to hormonal phase of cycle so normal, good coital and toilet habits advised and wait and observe.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
