25 day cycles. now I am over 3 weeks late

User Profile
i have a history of PCOS. I have never missed or been late on a period. My last 6 months have been averaging 25 day cycles. now I am over 3 weeks late for my period, and I have had multiple pregnancy symptoms including: nausea, bloating, gas, cramping, headaches, food aversion, food cravings, light headed at times, recurring pregnancy dreams, salivating a lot, a lot of back pain, peeing alot, tender breasts, etc. two weeks ago i had a thick cloudy white vaginal discharge that turned to a watery clear discharge and for the past 4 -5 days I have been having spotting when I wipe that varies between light brown, brownish red and dark brown. at times it looks mucousy and wet and other times very dry, like dried up blood. i have taken several pregnancy tests including a blood test at the doctor's office and all have turned up negative. i am very confused and don't know what to think. What should i do now?

Am I Pregnant Answer A37239
Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

If the blood hcg test has been negative then possibility of pregnancy is alomst nil.In PCOD it is common to have irregular periods along with fertility issues due to hormonal imbalance in the body.It requires a dedicated treatment to regularise the menstrual cycle.

First of all it is very essential to know whether you have been ovulating or not as for pregnancy to occur egg release is important.Since the various symptoms explained by you are suggestive of pregnancy it is advisable to get a USG scan done to rule out the exact cause.Since it is not possible to give precise diagnosis without examination kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation and take appropriate treatment.

Take care!
