For privacy reasons a sound masking system was installed at my office. Within a day I started to experience headaches, ear problems and my neck muscles became extremely tense. There are no other new/contributing factors to my current health situation and I am normally in generally good health. I have noticed that many of my co-workers have also become very irritable. Has there been any research on the dangers of white noise? I would appreciate any help so I might be able to improve the general health and well being in the office.
