Lack of menstruation is the first serious sign of pregnancy but not always. Missing a period does not always indicate pregnancy. There are other conditions that can also cause a missing period like: hormonally active ovarian cyst, irregular cycles, hypogonadism, using hormonal contraception etc. That’s why a pregnancy test is always requested when you miss the expected period. Your pregnancy tests are negative because you are not pregnant.

Cytotec is illegally used for self-inducing abortion. In your case, cytotec will cause nothing accept maybe for some side effects like abdominal pain, nausea, flatulence, headache, dyspepsia, vomiting, and constipation.
