So lately I've started to realize that I have a bad habit of crying really easily over stuff and I don't know why. For example if I'm scolded by a parent or adult that I'm close with, sometimes even a teacher. I always feel fidgety and never like I'm really myself, and I don't know why. I'm not diagnosed with depression or anything like that but it could be an explanation as I've had a fairly traumatic childhood involving my mother being.. not a good mother and she'd passed away last June. I understand when I get sad over that, but not when I start crying over someone scolding me. Anyone have any advice or explanations? Anything would be appreciated!
