crying and continuously taking nonsense.

Im 27 yrs old female. I resigned from my 1st job due to huge work stress,problems with my manager and pressure from my home. I m now unemployed since nearly 6 months. Im now in huge stress of being unemployed and i have now fear of I couldn't treat my father and mother as a daughter because of this unemployment. because of this stress i argue with my boyfriend every time and crying every day without any reason. I didint listen to his advice and waiting for his harsh words. I don't know why. He be patient always but when his limit was over he used some harsh words to stop me. Until that time im crying and continuously taking nonsense. Aftlike er he used harsh words then i stop that cry. Dont know why doctor.He didnt to blame me and see im crying. What happend to me doctor ?? do i need some mental treatments ???

Welcome to e health forum.

The root cause of your issues could be anxiety and inability to manage stress issues.

Too much of anxiety can end up causing a person to get depressed.

It would be very helpful that you consult a psychiatrist and seek proper counselling and also prescription medications to help you manage your symptoms.
