I was wondering if anyone can help me? I crushed my T12 vertebrae 2 years ago. They let it heal naturally with no surgery. I have seen a pain specialist and am on muscle relaxants and anti-seizure medication (nerves in the back seize). I try to stretch my back as often as I can. I still have the worst back pain in the world, does anyone have any other suggestions?

You probably need to get into a pain management program, that can offer you a variety of different treatment options. Management with medicines is just one aspect in the treatment of back pain. It really takes a multidisciplinary approach to get into a life long program for the management of back pain.

Good luck.
