How high can a creatinine level get before one should start worrying? I have PKD. Mine has gotten to 1.82

Not all people with PKD progress to kidney failure (one half of people progress to the end-stage kidney disease).
Normal levels of creatinine in the blood are approximately 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams in adult males and 0.5 to 1.1 milligrams in adult females.
