cramping worse than period cramps?

User Profile
OK I had unprotected sex 2 days before and the day of ovulation. A few days after that I began cramping worse than period cramps. It feels like a lot of pressure in my uterus. I can only explain it like it feels like I just had a c section. I cant lay on my belly. and is very uncomfortable to bend down or to lift things like a laundry basket. I only cramp during the first 2 days of my period. I am not supposed to start until the 18th at the latest, Im always on time. my breasts have darker veins than usual. I don't remember having this pressure feeling with my son 2 years ago.I do not have any symptoms of a UTI or bladder infection and was already tested for that and it was NEG. I don't know what to think because I thought it was a little soon to feel any symptoms.Has this happened to anyone else and what were your results? I need to put my mind at ease until the 18th. I also have an internal ultrasound set up for this Tuesday but if I am pregnant I will only be 3 weeks and 2 days, s

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The cramps and abdominal pain could be due to implantation. Few women can get higher intensity of pain when the implantation occurs. The darker veins on breasts and pressure feeling in uterus could be a sign of pregnancy. Look out for development of any other new symptoms that could suggest early pregnancy. Consider requesting for a blood/serum HCG level test done when you go in for your appointment to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Blood/serum HCG levels estimation can detect pregnancy accurately as early as 11 days post conception.
Take care.
