hi, Ive been having cramping and heavy feeling in my uterus, ive never had this before very diffrent as i normally just get cramp when im just about to come on, and my periods are normally every 28 days so the day i was due on i come on but only for one day! what could this mean??

Welcome to the ehealthforum. I am really pleased to help you out. Firstly, pregnancy needs to be ruled out as you have had meagre bleeding at the time of your periods.

Hence, I’ll suggest doing a serum beta HCG test which is a more sensitive test than the urine pregnancy test. It makes sense to do an ultrasound of the uterus as it will not only help in ruling out pregnancy but will also help in looking for other causes of crampy feeling in the uterus like endometriosis, adenomyosis etc. Please do consult a gynaecologist for the same.
