Welcome to ehealthforum,
Sometimes, common imaging techniques can fail to detect the internal changes/details. Imaging techniques using dyes or filling up of dye (like HSG scan) can help in identifying the exact shape and contour. Discuss your previous ultrasound report and the recent findings with your treating doctor/gynecologist. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
