Could white dots in my nipples be a sign of pregnancy?

I am 18 years old and I stopped taking my birth control pill July 15. I only took it for about 3 months. I had unprotected sex 11 times at the end of July and beginning of August. I had a lighter period August 17-21. About a week ago every time I shower, I can see white dots in my nipples. Then when I wake up in the am it a tiny bit of crust particles on them like whatever is in my nipple had dried up. What is this? Ive had two prego test in the last weekand they were both neg. My period is due in 4 days.

What could it be? It never happened to me before.

The reason I have such accurate dates is because I keep a record of this in my phone.

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. For confirming the status of pregnancy by urine for pregnancy test (UPT),the most accurate way to test for pregnancy is to wait until after your period is due.

First appearance of pregnancy hormone, HCG, due to implantation occurs 6-12 days after ovulation. Ideally the urine for pregnancy test should be done 1 week after missing your periods. But you can test at 9 or 10 days past ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test. Aimstrip pregnancy test gives good results and can detect 20 mIU of HCG.I sincerely suggest you to do a urine for pregnancy test and if the test comes negative, then please wait for your periods and repeat the test after 1 week of your missed periods date. You can also get serum HCG levels estimated. For that please consult a gynecologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
