Welcome to ehealthforum.
It is difficult to comment on the diagnosis without examination and further investigations. You should consider visiting your gynecologist for further evaluation to see if the hormonal changes (due to Nuvaring) have been the cause for your symptoms. It is unlikely for blood HCG levels to come back negative if you are pregnant. Consider requesting for getting an ultrasound scan done along with checking for hormonal levels to help with looking for cause for your symptoms.
Take care.
