my stomach growls at any time of the day but to be honest if im hungry the sensation is different then the grumbling that my insides make after i eat. I will describe it as kind of like air bubbles inside. can that make any sense?
the noises can be quite loud and sometimes makes me self conscious.
could i be sensitive to gluten? i dont have much more related symptoms like stomach pain just maybe fatigue, so it must be dietry, any suggestions?
thank you for your time.

Hello and welcome to E health forum.

These sounds called borborygmi are normal and they result due to mixture of food and air in the intestines as they move down the intestines.

You need not be alarmed about it.

You can take Gas X or activated charcoal, if u have severe gas issues.

I hope this helps.
