could i be causing the infections?

User Profile
My girlfriend and I have been having sex for about 8 months now. A few days ago she told me that after sex with me for a while has caused her to contract yeast infections. I was wondering as to why I could be causing the infections. Her and I do not use condoms but she is taking the pill and I dont ejaculate inside of her. What could be the cause of this?

Yeast infection is not always sexually transmitted. It can arise in virgin girls also. So, there is no need to relate sexual contact with yeast infection.Ask her to apply some antiyeast cream twice a day and meet her GP if needed.
