could headaches from concerta mean I dont have adhd?

Taking concerta for 3 months with no side effects until recent refill. Why all the sudden a headache? My DR says i have severe adhd, but i have never been diagnosed till now. I thought it was anxiety. Could the headaches mean that I dont have adhd?
