coughing after ejaculating

My boyfriend has started coughing and gagging after getting off the only thing that I can come to is the fact that maybe his sinuses are opening up and draining I have searched and searched on the internet and have not found anything to give an answer he also sometimes has pain like needles or burning sensation when he gets off but it is not all the time that it does that so why would someone coughed or gag when they get off

I read your question and i understand your concern. There is no direct correlation between ejaculation and cough. The sinuses may be clogged and the post nasal dripping of the airways might be causing the trigger for this non productive dry cough. You need not to worry about. Just symptomatic treatment and home remedies.
