Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Muscle twitching can be due to anxiety, muscle spasm, injury, trauma or GI issues. It requires a clinical examination to rule out the diagnosis. If it is associated with any pain, fever then can be indicative of some underlying abnormality.
If it is persistent and does not subside on its own consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.

Take Care!
