continuous fever every evening for last 4 weeks.

I get fever every evening for last 4 weeks. The temperature is in around 100 degree F. All the blood tests is not showing is negative. There is nothing abnormal. what are the next steps. How it needs to be stopped. I have already taken 9 grams of antibiotic.

fever at night of low intensity intermittent nature needs work up for tuberculosis and lymph nodes. It needs work up and clinical correlation. Detailed history for sweating, weight loss and thorough physical exam would be needed too.
