Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Constipation is basically because of lack of fiber and fluids in diet.Meat lacks fiber and rice too is not a very rich source of it either so taking both these together aggravate constipation in an already susceptible individual like yourself.

You should include fruits and green vegetables in your diet, take ispaghola husk regularly, specially after a meaty and oily meal and take as much fluids as possible because prolonged constipation can lead to many health related issues. If still the problem persists with these two,you should limit their use.

Wishing you the best of health,

Thank you and take care.
