About 13 months ago I started getting really sick. I've had swimmer's ear a few times. Colds, Bronchitis, Strep, walking pheumonia, cellulitus as well as 3 MRSA infections. I often get pain under my rib cage on the left side. I don't know what is there besides maybe my stomach. Blood tests don't seem to show anything completely out of place and we've ruled out HIV but I keep getting sick. Any suggestions?

It seems you have a weak immune system. The immune system begans with a healthy gut. Candida can be in excess as well as other bad bacteria in the gut causing excess mucus and inflammation in the body. This also weakens your immune systems leaving you helpless towards infections. The left side pain can be related to stomach/spleen/pancreas which tells me the root issue is probably digestive. Book I reccommend to better explain- "Clean". Research anti-inflammatory diet and anti- candida diet. Garlic pills and Aloe can strengthen the gut by killing off bad bacteria. Take probiotics.Find a licensed acupuncturist they can help! Good Luck!

actually, I have one. He's also a chiropractor. I'm a massage therapist and I try to do everything as naturally as I can which is why I'm at a loss. Actually, I think I haven't been sleeping right, which is probably my biggest problem. I'll look into the Garlic pills though, I haven't done a flush for awhile. Thank you for the help. I'll let you know how things work out.

I am the same but this has been going on for over a year
I am always sick. I have been on 3 antibiotics regimens in the past
Two months and every time I come off I get sick but this time I became sick on the
Antibiotics 11 days into a 14 day therapy. Now I am off the meds and steroids
And the sinusitis is calming down bit the nodes in my neck are swollen this time with
Out pain. I have been to an ent and a pulmonary specialist who is culturing my mucus.
I hope I get some results that tell me something. I don't sleep well and eat even worse lately
As I am so wore down by now. All I really want to do is sleep. I hope we can all get some answers soon. God bless btw I am only 26. I love how doctors like to keep telling me I'm getting old. Lol

Been sick for years
I too am always sick. All blind tests normal. I have reflux and ulcers because if this. This has been going on off and on since I was a very young girl. Always layer up in bed vomiting, very watery stools, cough, runny nose, and very tired. Every Dr treats the symptoms and not the issue with me. I also have chronic bronchitis and asthma. My home and family have suffered dearly along with my quality of life. I have been trying to do different things.
