constantly feel like there's a person staring 24/7

I constantly feel like somebody is watching me. It doesn't matter what I'm doing, or where I am. I constantly feel like there's a person staring at me and watching every little thing I do. This happens literally 24/7. What does it mean?

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

I would suggest you consult a psychiatrist
so that a Mini mental state exam is performed.
to ascertain depression or anxiety,
elements of delusion and illusion should also
be looked for in this consultation
Meds can be adjusted afterwards in addition
to cognitive behavioral therapy.

wishing you best of health

thanks
