Constant Stomache aches, rumbling, diarreah. 15 yo

Ok I am 15 years old, every time I wake up my stomach is rumbling and I want to use the restroom. Sometimes it gets to the point where I have horrible Stomach aches that don't go away. I think I'm a little bit lactose intolerant so I drink almond milk. I am on acne medications called solodyne which says not to take the pill with calcium products which I abide by. The other day I had sushi and desert, and I woke up and had horrible diarrhea I've taken different things like anti diarrhea pills I've tried allergy tests everything came back negative I just don't understand why I constantly have a problem with my stomach is there a way to prevent this or make my stomach better? Thank you

Welcome to ehealthforum,
You may try taking probiotics to see if symptoms improve. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Avoid taking junk food and partially cooked food. Visit your doctor/healthcare provider for further evaluation clarification and assistance. You may also consider taking second opinion from a gastroenterologist.
Take care.
