Constant Nausea , But Not Pregnant

ive been feeling nauseous since I had my laparoscopic surgery a month ago for my chocolate cysts.
ive been to the doctors and they cant find out whats causes. im not on any medication anymore. hen I try eating I feel like im going to puke but I never do. I been losing and gaining weight. Please help...

I read your question and i understand your concern. Ovarin cysts specilly chocolate cysts are aalways copresented with bowel functions derangement. Just take some anti emetic and avoid dairy and large meals. Eat small frequent meals and plenty of fibers and fluids intake is advised. treat the symptoms with mere anti emetic. It shall subside soon.
