constant headaches, brain fogs and difficulty concentrating

... I am 21 years old and am female and as of lately have noticed some things which are affecting my ability to enjoy life...
I have constant headaches, brain fogs and have difficulty concentrating. I can't seem to process more then one thing at the time and cannot multitask, and have memory loss. I also experience low energy but when I have lots of energy, I'm very much all over the place.
I am also very quiet and not much of a socialiser, have poor self-esteem because of this..
Is there foods i can try? vitamins? I am also wondering if i should see a doctor?
Any thoughts please?

Wow, that's nearly identical to what I've been dealing with, do you have insomnia too? Any dizziness or blurry vision sometimes? I honestly don't know what causes it though. I've been having pretty bad headaches for years now, I've even had a cat scan but they never found anything. I'm going to assume that it's my depression that's left me muddled like this but I'm not sure. It's hard to pinpoint something like this, I never really noticed what causes it to peak or not. I'm starting to see a doctor this next week though, so if I learn anything I'll keep you posted, good luck.

So I talked to someone today, unfortunately I didn't learn much, she was more the preliminary screener than the actual doctor, so I'm not really seeing anyone for another week. Sorry about that.

Dnate-just cause get a second opinion..Get a copy of your CT Scan on disc and take it with you..Bring it up on yor coputer and see if you see anything that looks out of the ordinary..I know you can;t read them but if there is a large area that is not like the rest soemthign is wrong..

I say htis onlybecasue my sister has a brian tumor and docs waited a long time to takecare of her..The tumor was so large that it got into her meningies and some of it had to be left in..She has bad headaches still and it use to be looked at as only migraines or cluster ehadaches..

Get a second opinion for safety factor..

Don't worry
Please worry not ! they're all classic symtomps of stress/anxiety/depression. I've experienced all those symptoms and many more. They're not harmful, just uncomfortable and irritating. Try to get rid of stress and you will feel better 100%. Some people have anxiety and depression and don't even notice it. And remember, worry on those harmless symptoms only add more stress to yourself. Trust me if u have a real desease, you woudn't be able to reaseach around the internet.
