Constant headache and tiredness

Hi I have constant headache to the point where i need to lay down for a while and sleep feel really tired all the time i have tried strong pain killers but to no avail and it can last for days on end and sometimes i find my bottom lip quivers for periods of time

Thanks for using this forum.....

Constant headaches are due to stree,lack of sleep or migrainous/vascular headaches..
You can take some stress relievers and mood elevators to help you sleep and be relieved..Anti migraine drugs may come useful if you have these constantly..Is your eyesight normal or you wear specs,at times a change in number may present with severe headache...You can meet a neurologist for help...
