How many pillows do you sleep with? You should only be sleeping on one pillow. You may consider seeing a chiropractor to get your posture and muscles examined. Most headaches are caused from a postural imbalance and muscular tightness. Some home remedies you can try are hot packs on the back of the neck and "trigger point" therapy. Here is a link on common trigger points causing headaches. tml

Good Luck!

sorry to hear your in pain with headaches. There are many causes for headaches and it sounds like if you havn't slept for so long you have a mifriane which is differant than a headache. Water is one of the main reasons for any headache. When the person does not drink enough water. Good old H2o.
I hope you have gotten to a migriane Dr. Also i need to ask,
have you injured yourself recently? The cervical (neck) has headaches as a symptom if there is something wrong. You need your Dr, to run an xray and a MRI depending on what is found on zray. Yes one pillow makes your neck be as close to how we are designed. I hope heating pack helps you. I hope you find the answer to what is causing it. There are many migriane specialists out there and it is amazing what you learn after going to see one.
Best of luck and keep us posted.
ps female troubles and stress can also manisfest themselves for headaches and the most over looked is people who never needed glasses, have a vision change and so you get a headache from trying to see like you did when younger.
Many things to consider. Chiropractors are often fantastic at solviing the problem
I hope you get your diagnoses fast so you will be out of pain:-)
