Please help. I’m absolutely desperate, 26 years old. 3 years of constant debilitating facial pain, pain in my teeth and gums, headaches, brain fog, dizziness, and pain back of head. So many neurologists and doctors too many to count all inconclusive. I’ve done injections and a multitude of different medications. Could such severe facial pain be TMJ? My scans and mri’s of my brain are always inconclusive.
