I am 5.5 and im wondering if i can still gat any taller any way.
i am not comfortable with my hight.my mother is 5.2 and my dad is 6.1
im 18 and i need an answer i want to get taller.

Given the data you provided (5.5 ft tall, mother 5.2 ft tall, father 6.1 ft tall) it would be wise to expect that your final height would be somewhere close to your parents.

Height is determined by many factors, the most important being the genetic factor. Proper nutrition, quality medical care, sleep patterns are also important. Malnutrition might cause insufficient production of proteins that are vital for growth. It might also cause changes in the production of the growth hormone by the pituitary gland. Environmental pollution is known to negatively affect growth.

You might want to visit your family doctor to check for any health related conditions that might affect your height.

Please be aware that final height is usually achieved in adolescence, but small changes might occur even up to 25 years old.
