Combination Pill and Progestin-only Pill

I'm looking into getting birth control soon. I get migraine headaches with auras, so I believe that I would have to take a progestin-only pill.I'm 18 years old and am planning on going to planned parenthood to get the birth control, but I am just curious of the price difference between the two. Thanks!

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

It is true that Progestrin only pill can be taken by woman with migraine but kindly do not take it without Medical supervision as some woman have reported triggering pain and other effects with pill use.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation before starting them.

Take Care!
