Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing us

Cold along with bleeding nose can be either due to a single disease or a mere co-incidence.It can be indicative of infection, allergy, trauma, bleeding disorder etc.
You can try conservative measures, which may help to resolve them.
The treatment includes adequate rest, proper hydration and symptomatic treatment, including antihistamines (Claritin or benadryl) to control the allergy symptoms and tylenol or ibuprofen to reduce any body aches and pains if present. For nose bleeding apply ice pack till the bleeding subsides.
In case, you develop, any headache, high fever (> 102 F), purulent (yellow greenish) expectoration and again nose bleeding you should consult a Physician who can examine and rule out exact cause and treat it accordingly.
Take care!
