I was wondering if there's anyone who experiences worsening cold and cough after 8 pm...I have not gotten in bed yet so it's not related to being horizontal or fluids settling just yet. TIA

Nocturnal symptoms are a common feature among atopic individuals. If there is associated heart failure then position can matter due to the pooling of fluids but it wont play a significant role for allergies. Adding montelukast 10 mg at night time for a month can help alleviate these nocturnal episodes.
