Cluster Headaches avoid verapamil and omega 3?

Hello! I am under medication with Verapamil (Isoptin) for chronic cluster headaches and i used to take e-epa omega 3 fish oil and i was really great. But recently my neuro told me to avoid this combination verapamil and omega 3. Since i stopped omega 3 i feel really bad. Its strange as in Isoptin's guide book i can't see anything about this combination. I really need to take the omega 3. Its dangerous combination? What can i do? Thanx!

Thank you for you question.
If Verapamil is helping you for cluster headache then take it it make sense. About omega 3 : all you are talking about is a placebo effect. If you think you need omega 3 then eat fish and eggs. And don't listen to this commercially sponsored hype.
