Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Clear raised itchy bump can be due to various causes and it requires a careful physical examination as it is very important to see the size, shape, consistency, discharge, colour,pu s filled or not,any blisters etc.
If they are spreading they can be indicative of infectious cause as Scabies which are red bumps and spread overnight. It can be an allergic reaction to any particular product or sun even.Kindly do not scratch them as it can spread infection.Apply cold compresses and then dab some Calamine for itching. You can also apply any antibiotic cream as Neosporin after consulting your doctor.
If they have been present since long consider visiting your Primary Physician so that after analysis appropriate treatment can be started.

Take Care!
