clear lungs after TB & pleural effusion

i was diagnosed last year with tuberculosis (not i never experienced coughing with blood thanks God) i was also diagnosed to have right sided pleural effusion and so i had my thoracenthesis,I had my medication and after that had xray my pulmo said the xray was good and almost no trace of scar. I had my xray again just this June and luckily I had the result "both lungs are clear". Prior to the xray i drank sterilized milk, will this possibly be the reason why my xray was CLEAR or it has no medical basis? Is it really possible for a diagnosed tb patient to have a clear lungs after a year of medication considering that i already had pleural effuaion?hope you can enlighten me on this and please do suggest vitamins for the lungs thank you so much!
