Chronic, tight leg pain when sitting or lying down?

For almost a year, I've had tight, aching pain throughout both my legs. It happens when I'm sitting or lying down, and will go away when I'm up and about, walking around. We've done extensive tests, including vascular, a nerve study, x-rays, physical therapy, chiropractic visits, blood and enzyme tests, and no results. I'm desperate to figure this out and fix it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
