I just got chronic fatigue. I hate it. It came along with having mono. I would say, drink at least 80 ounces of water a day, eat tons of raw fruit and vegetables. Take Vitamin C and essential fatty acid. for sleep, drink passion flower tea, get rid of any processed or refined food, eat food in its most natural form.

Thanks for using this forum..

Too much indulgence into this kind of diet creates some mineral deficiencies,eat WHOLESOME DIET for a weeks time to see if improves..Too much water ingestion can at times be the cause of washout of imp minerals..and calorie intake has to be there..
