Does masterbating until achieving orgasm have any negatives towards feeling more sleepy the next day because of the orgasm achieved the day before?

What I'm asking is if there is a relationship between people experiencing an orgasm and then feeling additionally drowsy/fatigued the following day or so because of the orgasm(s) achieved?

Is it better to not masterbate at all if one has chronic fatigue syndrome, and already has to be on stimulants and does cardio exercise?

Welcome to e health forum.

Yes, orgasm releases endorphins and dopamine which not only gives sense of satisfaction and it also aids in improving sleep.

For people with CFS, sex can be painful. Women may experience vaginal pain or dryness during intercourse, and male patients may have trouble maintaining an erection. Chemicals released during orgasm can actually help relieve pain and improve mood, but the adrenaline release may also be exhausting.
